Village Green Enquiry

Please Submit this form to the Clerk, and email separately your Health & Safety Risk Assessment, Copy of your Public Liability Insurance and a Plan of the activity and space you will occupy and location of equipment and structures.

When considering your application, the Parish Council reserve the right to add additional conditions specific to your event, and you will be asked, on behalf of yourorganisation to sign to indicate your agreement. Please note that the Village Green is a designated as an open space and there can be no restriction on the use of the Green by others for lawful sports and pastimes during your event. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Green is a safe and suitable venue for your event, to carry out a written risk assessment and to obtain Public Liability Insurance Cover for the event. Twyning Parish Council accepts no liability for loss or injury howsoever caused.
