The aim of Twyning Village Hall is to serve the local community by providing a home for regular activities and a superb venue for private functions.The hall offers facilities for up to 100 people, providing tables and chairs, a modern kitchen, separate bar, disabled access and all the amenities you would expect from a recently refurbished hall designed to serve the needs of a large, diverse and vibrant community.The Hall is run by the Village Hall Management Committee (VHMC) and is a registered charity, no. 203797.

Hire charges

Prices start from as little as £10/hour for Parish residents and £15/hour for non-residents. Please contact us directly for a specific quote for parties, wedding receptions and more.

Bar facilities

The VHMC adhere to the Licensing Act 2003 and the Premises Licence is granted by Tewkesbury Borough Council. The serviced bar is booked as a separate item, for details please contact us. For the alcohol policy visit here.

Our hire contract gives you exclusive right to the use of the hall facilities between the 'access time' and the 'vacate by' time. We advise you to close the front entrance door once all your guests have arrived to prevent passer-bys entering the hall.

The Village Hall Management Committee do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the property of the hirer or guests, neither does it carry any insurance for the property of persons entering the hall.

In entering into this Contract You are bound by the Private Hire Terms and Conditions and Alcohol Policy which You have undertaken to read and which You have accepted.
